We have established APA to respond to the impact on buying groups. We recognise the importance of local relationships but the supply chain is evolving from tactical deal-making to strategic partnerships.
By working together through APA we will use our scale and experience to maximise volumes, segment orders and streamline deliveries for the benefit of both farmers and suppliers.
Our vision is to preserve the identity of each cooperative, whilst using the combined influence of our memberships to secure best value for farmers and suppliers.
